Smoking a frightening trend has serious side effects to the smoker and also to the people surrounding them. Total body gets damaged due to smoking that include hair, brain, eyes, nose, teeth, mouth throat, respiratory system, hands, heart, skin ,digestive system and legs.

As per the data’s collected for recent years it states that about 80% of death of smokers is due to lung disease and remaining are due to heart attack. Smoking causes stroke in the brain by reducing the blood supply to brain cells. The thickness of blood clot in smokers seems to be high than the blood clot thickness in non smokers. The fate of smoking results in poor blood circulation to all parts of the body. Increased blood pressure, cholesterol levels are the symptoms for heart attack in smokers. Thus the smoking is injurious to health.
