Drug testing in any aspect has both pros and cons. Drug testing is conducted in schools and workplace. Let us first look to the pros and cons of drug testing in schools.
Drug testing at school is considered an essential policy as far as an adult future is considered. Teen people will get easily involved in drugs and binge alcohol. They are motivated by the street drug sellers who will be wandering around the school. Street drugs ate more frequently addicted by the teen agers. It is very risky for the teen’s life and health.

Drug testing is conducted by the rehab centers itself providing with treatment also. By knowing the drug addicting people HR can warn them for their dismissal. At first workers are warned with their work percentage and even if it persists they will be terminated.
Cons include the discrimination of the workers during sample collection. Urine testing discriminates more than any other test.
