There are an extensive variety of drugs that are abused by the people for non-therapeutic effects and there are special testing kits that are used to distinguish the existence of these drugs. The drug addictive effectiveness differs from the drug ingested from person to person.

The following are some of the common drugs that are abused by the individuals, which can be detected with different testing devices meant for amphetamine drug test, barbiturate screening, benzodiazepine drug screening, drug test cocaine, oralert tests for marijuana etcetera.

Amphetamines (AMP):

This is a schedule II banned drug used according to the recommendation, which is also easy to get in the illegitimate market. Security of integrated cup test

Integrated cup test has inbuilt thermometer strip and adulteration test strip that confirms if the urine specimen is not a diluted or adulterated one. A drug test cup that does not have the integrity testing facility is less safe, because there is a high risk for people having contaminated the specimen with dilution and detoxification techniques. The integrity of the sample can be automatically tested without having to use any dip methods because the strips are integrated within the cup and the genuine samples can be easily identified.

A drug screen cup should be leak proof, if there is going to be tiny holes chances are most likely for the sample to drain through the hole. Some minor holes in the lid or in the top of the sample collection cup is likely to let the external moisture to get in to touch with the sample thereby causing a mess with the sample by possibly contaminating it. It is therefore very important for the specimen cup to be leak proof and the lid of the sample cup to be able to close the sample cup air tight after sample collection.

Sometimes cup drug tests might have to be redone, in such cases if the sample did not have a split specimen collection facility, the sample will have to be collected over again per lawful regulations. But at the same time if the samples have been originally collected in the split specimen cups, the split test material would have been safely preserved without any risk of the operator exposure to the specimen. This specimen can be safely sent for testing with different methods if at all any complaints or needs do arise.

Split cup drug test is going to assure most tests to turn out to be accurate. However, it should be noted that some compounds in the urine might interfere with the test accuracy. Most immunological tests are 99.9% accurate due to this basic defect in the urine tests. Every positive test should be unfailingly confirmed with a gas chromatography or mass spectrometric analysis from a regular laboratory.

All cups are not provided with adulterant testing facility, it is in most cases optional per client needs, but experts recommend using adulterant testing facility for every sample that need tested to let people escape off with abusing and flushing them out skillfully.
